Four simple steps

Here’s exactly what happens

No long contracts. No guessing how the visit works.

1

Choose your cleaning

Select one-time, recurring, maid service, or move-in/move-out cleaning. Then choose an available morning or afternoon arrival window.

2

Walk through together

Show the team your home and choose the attention each area needs. We review the condition, priorities, and scope before cleaning starts.

3

Approve the plan

We explain the estimated time. You may approve it or set a firm time limit and tell us which rooms should come first.

4

Clean and check

The team follows your priorities. If you’re home, we finish with a walkthrough so you can review the completed areas.

Everything is included

No add-on menu. Customize every room.

Inside the refrigerator, oven, and microwave are not separate upgrades. Tell us where you want regular cleaning and where you want deeper attention—we use your approved time where it matters most.

+

No surprise extras

Appliance interiors and special-focus areas can be included without purchasing a separate cleaning package.

Room-by-room control

Not every part of a home needs the same level of attention. Choose what each area needs during the walkthrough.

Time follows priorities

We begin with your most important areas, so your approved cleaning time is spent where it creates the most value.

Guest bathroom: regular clean

Rarely used, so it only needs routine attention.

Kitchen: deeper attention

More time goes toward buildup, cooking oils, scrubbing, and the appliances you select.

You control the visit

Know the plan before the clock starts.

If the team estimates three to four hours but you only want three, simply set a three-hour limit. We’ll begin with your highest priorities and accomplish as much as possible within the approved time.

  • Estimate explained before cleaning begins
  • You can set a firm maximum time
  • Your priority rooms are cleaned first
A three-hour example

Your most important areas come first

1 Kitchen

Your first priority receives attention first.

2 Bathrooms

The team continues in your chosen order.

3 Remaining rooms

We use the time left for bedrooms and living areas.
