1. Services Provided
OCMaids provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Orange County, CA. Services must be scheduled through our website or over the phone. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions or abusive behavior.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed on the booking page and may vary based on home size or custom requests.
- Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept credit/debit cards and other online payment methods securely.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Ensure safe and accessible work conditions
- Secure pets and valuables before service begins
We are not liable for damage caused by hazardous conditions or hidden issues (e.g., unstable shelving, mold).
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll offer a free re-clean or credit depending on the issue. Refunds are granted only at our discretion.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee.
- Repeated cancellations may result in service termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
OCMaids is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
- Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value
- Loss of data due to user misuse of our site or booking system
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on our website are owned by OCMaids and protected under copyright laws. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction of Orange County, CA.
